PERSONAITY, looks does help but not an importance, most guys that are really good looking have a personality of a stone and it stuck up there own ass :)so i would have a drink or laugh or chat with a guy with a personality, over a good looking guy any day

In my experiance..women ALWAYS go for looks and money. If you have no personalty it does not matter as long as you have a fat wallet. Women are the biggest freeloaders on the planet, witness all the old blokes with young girls the one thing the men have is MONEY. And as long as they slash the cash the woman will stay, once it goes so do they. Its been like this though out history and always will be.
