Welcome to Yvonne's Wellbeing Therapies

Due to a personal illness which required Yvonne to be on a lot of prescribed medication, she discovered and decided to research more the comparative medicine approach. In 2000, Yvonne was introduced to Reiki and from there she found herself excited and curious to experience all she could of the different complementary therapies available. These included: Acupuncture, Yoga, Meditation, Tai Chi, Healing Courses and Counselling, all of which have brought her to understanding herself, trusting her intuition and growing into a more positive person which, in turn allows her to progress out of all her limiting beliefs.

Holistic Massage
Holistic Massage is so called as it aims to treat the person as a whole. The various strokes in the massage are carefully designed to achieve the complete relaxation of the body's muscles, increase both blood and lymphatic circulation, and to help eliminate toxins that build up in our muscles. The massage also calms the emotions, recharges the body's immune system, refreshes the spirit and balances the life forces, thus helping eliminate the patient's 'dis-ease'. Pressure applied is decided by the client - light, moderate or firm.
