Our office is located on Kildare Town's main street - Claregate Street.

Established in 2007; we saw an opportunity to improve on the block
management service that was generally available to apartment & commercial
property owners.

We pride ourselves on our diligent, direct approach to management.

Brief outline of general services provided by Mc Lean Property Management
Company (all of the services below are included in our service charge).

Bookkeeping: Our accounts staff maintains day-to-day bookkeeping on a Sage
system.

Inspections: We have a dedicated member of our staff carrying out
inspections on each of our management properties at least once per week.

Debt Collection: Wherever possible we handle all debt collection matters
ourselves. We use one of the best debt collection solicitors in Kildare but
only when every other avenue has been explored.

Maintenance: We handle, return and follow through on all calls, which
relate to maintenance on communal areas of your property.

Three quote minimum; we can assure all members that when we act as
managing agent for your company we will ensure the lowest price and best
value for money available on all repair/upgrade work before it is carried
out.
