At Clane's first class leisure centre and gym we welcome people of all ages young and old, all shapes and sizes there is something for everyone to enjoy at the Club.

Our Fitness team are there to help you every step of the way, offering you support, encouragement and the advice you need to achieve your fitness goals. We aim to provide you with all the motivation you need whether it is to build muscle, to get fit and trim, or simply to restore a zest for life.

You will be assessed on joining by one of our fully qualified instructors who will design a program specific to your needs. Exercise can become a fun and enjoyable part of your lifestyle. We promise to provide you with a friendly, unique environment catering for all fitness levels, from the serious fitness enthusiast, to those who prefer to take a more relaxed approach.

The Fitness Suite is modern, spacious and fully air conditioned with a designated abdominal & stretching area.

Computerised Fitness AssessmentsAlso available to members are Computerised Fitness Assessments - using Fitech Health and Wellness Software ensures that members receive accurate fitness results. Our fitness team are available to design your personal gym program and help you achieve your fitness goals.
